These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall prevail.

4crickex may update its Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your country when using this service. If online betting is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you are not permitted to use this platform.

Registration & Account

The following conditions must be met to open an account on 4crickex:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account termination.
  • Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.

KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.

If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. You are ultimately responsible for the security of your account.

Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 4crickex:

  • Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Odds Changes: If the odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
  • Match Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
  • Technical Errors: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a server or technical error, 4crickex reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Odds in live betting may change due to internet lag. Always check the latest odds before placing your bet.

4crickex reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting activity and, where necessary, withhold payment on the bet in question.

Payments & Transactions

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 4crickex:

  • Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer.
  • Third-Party Payments Prohibited: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
  • Withdrawal Process: Processing is typically completed within 1–24 hours. Withdrawals above a certain amount may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • Currency: All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4crickex may place a withdrawal on hold if a fraudulent or suspicious transaction is detected, and may request additional information. Please contact our support team if this occurs.

Warning: Transactions associated with multiple accounts or bonus abuse may be voided and the related accounts may be suspended.

Bonuses & Promotions

The following conditions must be met to be eligible for 4crickex bonuses and promotions:

  • Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount.
  • Individual terms per bonus: Each promotion has its own turnover requirements and validity period, which are clearly stated on the promotions page.
  • One Bonus Per Offer: The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once per person.
  • Combining Bonuses: Some bonuses cannot be used in combination. Please check the details of each offer.
  • Bonus Validity: Bonuses will expire if not used within the specified timeframe.

4crickex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses may be voided if misuse is suspected.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4crickex platform:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing the bonus system or any promotions.
  • Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraud.
  • Using computer bots, automated software, or any artificial tools.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Engaging in abusive, offensive, or threatening behaviour toward other users or staff.

Consequences: Involvement in any of these prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

Account Closure

4crickex reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

  • Violating these terms and conditions.
  • If there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Failure to provide the information required for KYC verification.
  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

Self-Exclusion: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via email. We recommend withdrawing any remaining balance before closing your account.

Limitation of Liability

4crickex accepts no liability for the following:

  • Any loss resulting from your account password being compromised or shared with another person.
  • If services are discontinued or restricted due to changes in applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

Please contact our support team first for any disputes or complaints. Most issues are resolved within 72 hours.

In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, 4crickex's decision — based on betting history and server logs — shall be final. That said, we always strive for a fair resolution.

  • Maximum time to file a complaint: within 30 days of the incident.
  • Resolution time: typically 1–7 business days.
  • In the case of a serious dispute, resolution may be sought through independent arbitration.
